    • Customer Service

Customer service is the important ingredient of supply chain management. It means that delivering the right quantity of product to the right place and at the right time. It is not as simple as it looks. This is an era of customer customization where each customer has his own preference and choice.

It is the duty of the company to meet the demands of the consumers or they will be lost to competitors. Therefore, a client should be provided with all the information in order to facilitate changes and shifts in the supply chain before any issue or fault arises (Cox, 1996).Procurement and Law

A-Rive Venues should have communicated the options to the client (government) so that their demands could be observed or any changes required in the supply chain could be incorporated. Therefore excellent customer service is route for a business to excel and capture the market.
